Newly reappointed head coach the Ireland coach has named captain Caelan Doris in his Ireland roster for the autumn internationals, but Joe McCarthy is absent.
The captain, who has not played since undergoing a shoulder operation in the start of May, has come back to Leinster training, though his fitness is uncertain whether he will be fit to play against the All Blacks in Chicago on 1 November.
Second row McCarthy, on the other hand, was not considered after failing to recover from the foot issue he sustained during the opening Lions match against the Wallabies in the summer.
Northern province forward Izuchukwu and Munster wing Nash are not included due to injury, while full-back Keenan was previously excluded after having a hip operation following the summer tour.
Dublin province prop Paddy McCarthy - the brother of Joe - is the sole uncapped member in the 34-player group, however the Irish Rugby Football Union says new Munster duo Edwin Edogbo and Gleeson and once-capped Connacht wing Bolton will travel to Chicago as "backup".
After playing the New Zealand at Soldier Field in a rematch of their previous encounter, the team will play Japan, the Wallabies and world title holders South Africa in Dublin.
"It's an exciting group to the squad and there's an opportunity for the more experienced players and for the newcomers on the recent tour to Georgia and Portugal," commented Farrell, back to national team duties after taking a sabbatical to lead the Lions tour to the southern hemisphere.

The number 10 jersey is remains up for grabs, with Prendergast and Crowley set to play against each other for the first occasion in the upcoming URC game at the Dublin venue.
Ciaran Frawley is the additional number 10 chosen with Farrell opting against calling up the province's Harry Byrne.
At number 9, Farrell has selected British and Irish Lion Jamison Gibson-Park and Craig Casey, who led Ireland to the summer Test wins over the Lelos and Portugal. There is also a recall for the western province's Blade, who is preferred to club-mate Ben Murphy.
Robbie Henshaw, Bundee Aki, Garry Ringrose and McCloskey represent an veteran group of midfield choices. Jamie Osborne is another option in the centres, though the 23-year-old is additionally a frontrunner to deputise for the full-back at number 15.
Outside backs James Lowe, Mack Hansen, O'Brien and Jacob Stockdale are included. O'Brien impressed on his first Ireland outings over the summer with two tries apiece in the victories over Georgia and the Lobos.
McCarthy is the sole new addition in the Irish forwards. The loose-head prop has been in a couple of his province's URC league games this season and played in the second string's defeat by England in the English city earlier this year.
The 22-year-old was selected in interim boss Paul O'Connell's summer selection, but did not earn a cap.
Munster second row Ahern, who earned his first two caps in those matches, is retained, while veteran Northern province second row Henderson is back after missing the summer tour.
